Omnivision has entered the race to shrink pixel measurement with its OVB0A picture sensor, delivering a decision of 200 Mpixels with a pixel measurement of simply 0.56 µm. The corporate is among the first to announce such a sensor in a 1/1.4-in. optical format.
The OVB0A is meant for rear-facing, wide-angle principal cameras in high-end smartphones.
